Recent insights from an insider shed light on key specifications for the potential flagship, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. These specifications cover aspects such as the display, camera setup, and battery features.

According to information shared by Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station on the Weibo platform, there are indications that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ might sport a primary rear camera sensor with an impressive 200-megapixel resolution. The leak suggests that this camera might also boast a 4x in-sensor zoom capability, a feature that could potentially result in enhanced photo quality for zoomed-in pictures, showcasing better resolution and reduced noise levels."

The forthcoming flagship model, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, is rumored to introduce a curved-edge display, marking a significant first for the Redmi Note series. The source also suggests that the device could feature a 1.5K resolution panel alongside a 120Hz refresh rate.

Additionally, according to the same source, the speculated Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery, accompanied by the capability for 120W wired fast charging. It's worth noting that its predecessor, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+, was equipped with a 4,980mAh battery that also supported 120W wired fast charging.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi India has recently unveiled two new Redmi smartphones in the country. The smartphone manufacturer has introduced the Redmi 12 5G and the Redmi 12 4G in the entry-level phone segment. Both devices share similar features, differing mainly in their processors. The Redmi 12 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 processor, whereas the Redmi 12 5G utilizes a Qualcomm processor.

Regarding pricing and availability, the Redmi 12 4G starts at ₹8,999 for the base model with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Another variant, featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is priced at ₹10,499. These models will be accessible via Flipkart starting from August 4th.

On the other hand, the 5G model starts at ₹10,999. It comes in three configurations – 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. The 6GB and 8GB RAM variants of the Redmi 12 5G are priced at ₹12,499 and ₹14,499, respectively. This variant will be available for purchase through the Amazon India website."
