FBM stands for "Fulfillment by Merchant." It is a fulfillment method used by the e-commerce platform Daraz. In FBM, the merchant or seller is responsible for storing, packaging, and shipping the products to the customers themselves, rather than relying on Daraz's fulfillment services.

With a presence in countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar, Daraz offers a platform for sellers to list their products and for customers to purchase them conveniently online.

When sellers opt to utilize the Daraz Warehouse, they can send their inventory to this central facility. What is Return Process

Daraz's return process is simple. The return process means when the customer does not receive his ordered parcel due to some reason. This parcel also comes back to the seller who is selling this product. The seller receive his parcel from Daraz Hub where he shipped the order. 

When it comes to returning an order on Daraz, the process may vary slightly depending on the specific policies and procedures of Daraz in your region. However, in general, here is an overview of how the return order process works on Daraz:

Initiate the Return: If you want to return a product you purchased on Daraz, you typically need to initiate the return process within a specified timeframe, which is usually within a few days of receiving the item. You can do this by logging into your Daraz account and locating the order you wish to return.

Select the Reason: During the return initiation, you will be asked to select a reason for the return. The reasons may include factors such as receiving a defective item, incorrect product, damaged goods, or simply changing your mind. Choose the appropriate reason that best describes your situation.

What is Shipping Process

Here, the shipping process means, the process in which the seller drops the order which he has gotten from the buyer to the Daraz Hub. It is very simple and easy to drop a product at Daraz Hub. First, you need to complete your parcel packing and then on your Daraz Seller Centre, tell the Daraz that you coming to drop off your parcel. After completing these basic steps now your ready to drop the parcel to Daraz Hub. When you entered the Daraz Hub you see a scanner. You should need to scan your product with the shipping invoice.

Steps For Shipping Daraz Order

Order Placement: Once a customer places an order on the Daraz platform, the seller receives the order notification and prepares the item for shipping. The order confirmation is sent to the customer, including details such as the estimated delivery time.

Packaging: The seller is responsible for packaging the product securely to protect it during transit. This typically involves using appropriate packaging materials and ensuring that the item is well-protected to prevent damage.

Handover to Courier: After packaging, the seller hands over the package to the assigned courier or delivery partner associated with Daraz. The courier is responsible for collecting the package from the seller's location and initiating the delivery process.

Transit and Tracking: Once the courier takes possession of the package, it is in transit toward the customer's address. During this time, Daraz often provides a tracking number or order tracking system that allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipments. 

Delivery to Customer: The courier delivers the package to the customer's specified address. Depending on the location and courier services available, delivery can be made through the courier's own delivery network or in collaboration with local postal services.
